1. What is TREVEX?

TREVEX is the UAE business directory. Every UAE business has a free Listing. Claim yours to take control of it, and become a Member to open up the Member rate, Payment Endorsements, and Verification. One profile, trusted on every side of a deal.

2. Is listing my business really free?

Yes. Listings are free, and they stay free. Claiming your business is free too. You only pay if you choose Membership, which is AED 999 a year and opens up the Member rate, Payment Endorsements, and the option to complete Verification.

3. What is the difference between a Member and a Verified Member?

A Member is a business that has claimed its profile and pays for Membership. A Verified Member is a Member who has completed Verification, our independent check against UAE registries, ownership, banking, and trade references. The Verified Member badge tells partners you are exactly who you say you are.

4. How quickly can I claim and verify my business?

Claiming takes a few minutes. Becoming a Member is immediate once payment confirms. Verification has a standard turnaround of 72 hours, after which the Verified Member badge appears on your public profile.

5. What can TREVEX do once my business is on the platform?

Run Credit Reports at the Member rate, collect Payment Endorsements, get referred to bank and trade finance partners, take out single-risk trade insurance, and call on Collections when payment does not arrive. It all builds on your claimed, verified profile.
